There are very few people I know who don't struggle with the issue of weight loss on a continuous basis.
Up until now in our life we have been employing the same rituals for weight loss. These rituals include diets, exercise, diet pills, carb blockers, fat blockers, leptin manipulation... I could go on forever.
Do you realize we hand over hundreds if not thousands of dollars every year for programs and rituals that we repeatedly try over and over again that fail to reward us with the results we deserve. For some of us these rituals or programs work temporarily then for some unknown reason we fall back into the old habits which caused our weight increase or health condition to begin with.
The good news is this self defeating cycle of success and failure can be eliminated in order to achieve the weight and health benefit results you deserve.
Take a look at some common patterns in your life in which you repeatedly engage only to be re-gifted with guilt, blame and the results you do not desire. Why do we do this? Take for example the all consuming craving. This is the downfall of any dedicated dieter. If you knew of a way of eliminating cravings and instead being able to choose if you want that piece of chocolate cake or not, wouldn't you try it?
We all have internal programming which defeats us or enables us to make sound, healthy choices in our lives. Our minds have be conditioned since birth to respond to different stimuli with unhealthy choices. Guilt, anger and loneliness are all emotions for which we medicate with food. There are proven systems which access this programming and result in positive, enabling solutions.
For me, I have learned to recognize my self defeating patterns and can now, for most issues, turn my thought patterns around before I spin out of control.
Understanding there is no fault in your actions will send you forward for answers.
Access what you have been thinking and stop the cycle. Listen and loose.
